2025-11-06

Shanghai JinFu New Material Technology Co Ltd has signed an investment agreement with Shanghai Carbon Valley Green Bay Industrial Park to set up a new materials production base in Jinshan District.

With a total investment of 1.0137 billion yuan (US$142.37 million), the project will focus on producing fluorine-free adhesives, electronic binders, and thermal management coolants. Upon completion and full operation, the base is expected to achieve an annual output value of 3.5 billion yuan, injecting strong momentum into Jinshan's economic growth. It will also further enhance the industrial chain ecosystem of Carbon Valley Green Bay for new materials and attract upstream and downstream supporting enterprises to cluster in the area.

Established in 2017, the company has long specialized in the research, development, and production of new materials widely used in industries such as new energy power batteries, consumer electronics, photovoltaic modules, and electronic components. The establishment of the Jinshan base represents a significant step in the company's strategy to optimize its national layout and extend its industrial chain.

The new materials to be produced, including fluorine-free adhesives, align closely with China's "dual carbon" goals and fit seamlessly into Jinshan's industrial planning focused on high-end new materials.
