Jinshan District Party Secretary Liu Jian said at the conference that the district is currently concentrating on five key areas, including the coastal region, Shanghai Bay Area High-Tech Zone, and Carbon Valley Green Bay Industrial Park, to fully establish itself as a crucial hub for the "Shanghai Manufacturing" brand and a major base for Shanghai’s sci-tech innovation center.
As the core sector of Jinshan’s coastal area, the Shanghai Bay Area Science and Technology Innovation City is vigorously advancing the construction of innovation platforms and policy implementation, attracting global innovation resources and high-end talent.
Liu extended a warm invitation to elites worldwide, pledging that Jinshan would serve as the "best government partner" for entrepreneurs and innovators with utmost enthusiasm, premium services, and top-tier efficiency.
