Construction is progressing rapidly at the Shanghai Bay Area East Lake International Innovation Center, situated in the heart of the Shanghai Bay Area Innovation City.

The project covers 148 mu with a total building area of about 330,000 square meters. Currently, phase I is under construction, and the main structures of the multi-story buildings have been topped out.

Project manager Ao Luo said that phase I consists of a 24-story high-rise, two 15-story high-rises, four 5-story buildings, and a 3-story business center. It is expected that phase I (excluding the 100-meter high-rise) will be completed by the end of this year, while the 100-meter high-rise is scheduled for completion by the end of next year.

The project focuses on the digital economy as the leading industry, supported by the life health industry, extending and expanding the upstream and downstream industrial chains and related industries.

Once fully completed and operational, it is expected to attract about 150 tech companies and 30 corporate headquarters, becoming an important industrial cluster platform to support the development of the Shanghai Bay Area Innovation City.

Similarly, the Tinglin Large Residential Community resettlement housing project in Tinglin Town is also under rapid construction.

This project includes 19 individual buildings, featuring nine 20-story residential towers, along with supporting commercial facilities and underground parking. Currently, the project is in the main structure construction phase and is expected to be fully completed by the end of June next year.
