Shanghai Jinshan Square Sky Shopping Center in Fengjing Town is set to open on December 26.

Located in the core area of Fengjing New Town at the Shanghai-Zhejiang border, the shopping center will serve not only the entire Jinshan District but also neighboring regions such as Jiaxing and Jiashan in Zhejiang.

With a commercial floor area of 80,000 square meters, the project features a circular layout and incorporates Fengjing’s water town characteristics into its design. It includes themed public social spaces such as landscaped courtyards, "Romantic Fengjing," community lounges, and riverside terraces, creating an open and interactive commercial environment full of charm.

According to Gong Wenli, the planning director of Sky Square, anchor tenants such as Shangyou Supermarket and Jusong KTV have already started store decorations.

Additionally, the Fangyuanhui Pocket Park adjacent to the shopping center has had its walls removed. The park now resembles a vibrant green ribbon gently nestled along the riverbank, offering spaces for walking, jogging, and family outings. It also features a scenic viewing platform with wide vistas and a variety of children’s play facilities.
